To whom it may concern... I have obviously takend a long break from deviant art. After receiving my second film SLR, I've realized that I was pushing my work in the wrong direction. It was simply for praise and celebration, which I like to call the "myspace" syndrome.  I was quite juvenile, regarding life and photography, at that time. I think I have matured, or at least identified the need to mature, to push my work in the right direction. I have moved to FLICKR, at least temporarily. I shall be re-uploading some of my work to be enjoyed or hated by those who care. Remember: Penguins Do Fly! Trevor Davis-Darden

aghh. I hate that feeling where you know you've been waisting your time on stupid things [myspace].

I haven't been so active on here lately. I shudder to think that dA has taken a back seat to mundane/ teenager-y things. These things include work, school, and sleep. The sad fact is that I haven't had so much free time, nonetheless, time to work on photography. The one thing I can find solice is that I just quit my job, so now I have swim! I will have waaaay more time to do things I like so expect a few pieces to pop up here and there.
